IPs come from your ALS subscription. Open Proxy → Refresh plan / Sync IPs from ALS → Assign dedicated IP. Manual host/password entry is disabled.
New accounts may block Sender/bulk until warm-up ends. Use End warm-up & allow campaigns in the AI Warmer panel before starting Sender.
